From my business, some Advertisements need to request SNS influencer, they have channel to promote my business but they are doing not for business so do not have ABN, in this case how can I make the payment, need to witheld GST?
Also I have University student association sponsor fee, this group doesnt have ABN, how can i make the payment?

If you are making a payment for goods or services and the supplier does not hold an ABN then you may need to withhold an amount from your payment to them referred to as "no ABN withholding" and report and pay that amount to us.
If the supplier is not required to quote an ABN then they can provide you with a "statement by a supplier" meaning you will not need to withhold from the payment you make to them.
