Hi @vitva,

A number of different grants have been issued by NSW. Some are seen as taxable income, and others non assessable none exempt (NANE) income if they meet the eligibility.

We can confirm the following:

• NSW Government Small Business COVID-19 Support Grant (received before 30 June 2020 is assessable income)• NSW 2021 Covid-19 business grant (received between 26 June- 17 July 2021 is NANE income)• NSW 2021 Covid-19 micro-business grant (is NANE income)• NSW Small Business Recovery Grant (received from July- September 2020 is assessable income)• NSW Border Small Business Recovery Grant (received from July-September 2020 is assessable income) If the particular grant isn't listed there you can look at our page on government grants and payments during COVID-19, or you could contact the NSW government revenue department to find out more.
