Do I need to complete a PAYG Payment summary for an ETP... when the ETP has two components:
1. Unused annual leave
2. Ex-gratia payment
Currently not registered for STP.

Unused annual leave is not considered an ETP so it will be taxed separately and needs to be reported on the Individual non-business payment summary.
The ETP needs to be reported on the Employment termination payment summary
You can find more info on our website about how unused leave payments and ETP are taxed.

Yes if the ex-gratia payment is part of an ETP, you need to include it on an ETP payment summary.
