Hi,

So I have 2 super accounts from 2 diffrent employer, and I already resigned from both employer.

the first one is showing (Australian Meat Industry Superannuation) on both Fund Details & Income Statements

but the 2nd super (Suncorp) isn't showing on my 'Fund Details' but showing on 'Income Statements'

i tried calling Suncorp to ask about this problem and asking about my member number, they said my detail is not registered, but my on my payslip it's clearly stated that my employer using Suncorp for my superannuation

What should I do ?

Hi @monshristina,

There's a couple of things that can cause your super fund details on myGov.

Super funds are only required to update your balance to us once per year, so your myGov isn't updated as often as your account balance would be with the fund directly.

Though your employer has to account for your super guarantee payments each pay cycle, they only have to make their super guarantee payments once per quarter. This may account for why your second super fund was unable to locate your account details if you were only with them for a short time.

If the time-frames have passed beyond these and you've not been able to find your super fund details or account with the fund, you should ask the previous employer for the details.

Where they have not paid the super amounts, you should follow the process for unpaid superannuation.

You can read about when super must be paid, and the process for unpaid super on our website.
