So basically there isn't an official declaration or single Act of Parliament which specifically and intentionally created the taxation system or ATO but rather, much like our constitutional rights and freedoms, the creation of the ATO has to be implied from several different sources and historic legislation rather than deriving from a purpose built relevantly recent clear and concise declaration or legislative instrument. I think this is dangerous and exposes the Australian tax payers to real and potential risk of disproportionate taxation and greed. But I guess when you're a independent nation who's founding document and highest law of its land resides in the Westminster parliament as a chapter of imperial colonial legislation to which it has no actual or meaningful control over and that this legal fallacy can be nurtured and perpetuated for over 120 years by a defacto foreign government deceiving the sovereign people of Australia and denying them self determination while using illegal foreign laws to prosecute oppress and deprive the people of their wealth and God given freedoms there'll always be long convoluted unclear rambling politician style answers to pertinent questions. Immigrants who gain citizenship in Australia swear an oath of allegiance not to the people of the Commonwealth of Australia but to queen Elisabeth ll and her heirs. The Australian Navy vessels are called HMAS so on and so forth which stands for her majestys Australian ship she can fire sitting prime minister's at will and has done in the past she can also declare war on Australias behalf and no doubt collects enormous taxation and royalties (essentially through theft) from Australia and other concealed colonies such as Canada NZ Wales Scotland northern Ireland etc. Finally if you still think you live in an independent sovereign sled governing nation then consider the name of the sunshine state like really consider it..there's alot in a name and if the name of the state you live in is literally (the)Queens'land and that you can never own land in Australia but rather only hold land at the crowns bequest then you saying or thinking you live in a free self governing independent nation does well to showcase the effectiveness of the states propaganda techniques and treasonous subversion on your simple malleuable minds. For none are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free
