Hi @TheOzSnowman and @KristyHay

Thanks for letting us know what's happening. We understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you need access to your super sooner rather than later.

Our systems support area are aware of the issue and are working to get if fixed. In turn, we suggest you try it again today. If that doesn't work, give it another go tomorrow morning.

Let us know how you go.

@ChrisATO Hi Chris, this issue seems to be happening again. I want to upload a document as part of an enquiry, however it comes up with the error - The attachment service is currently unavailable. Try again later.

Hi,

I'm currently facing the same issue. I need a certificate of residency, but when attaching the Excel form provided by the ATO to request certificates, I'm having the same message. I do have an ABN, therefore I should be able to request those online as stated on the ATO's website.

Any help I can get here?

Thank you
