How to ATO online access from NZ

Chantelle ATO · Answer

There are certain documents that you need to verify to achieve Standard identity strength in myGovID. For more information, see our Knowledge Base articles on Setting up your myGovID and Managing your business with myGovID and RAM. Unfortunately without a Standard identity strength, Basic users are unable to give authorisation in RAM. There will be alternative verification and application processes available for directors who cannot access myGovID or online services. These processes are still being developed.
