I have a payroll transaction saying an unhandled error occurred within Core Services. Record the details of the message and contact the agency service desk. Does anyone know what number I would be calling or if they sorted this error without having to call ?

This will be an error specific to your software provider, so you'll need to get in contact with them for assistance. They probably have a forum page you can check on!
From the looks of things, trying to submit the file again seems to fix the error.
