I will have 10 RSUs vest shortly. At time of vesting their total market value will be let's say $10,000 (10x $1,000).

The RSUs are of a US company and I seems to have the options to sell RSUs at vesting time to cover the cost of taxes and fees, or to transfer cash to cover taxes and fees. At what % will the RSUs be taxed? Same as my income tax of that FY?

Hi @br3s4b0,

I've located a few forum posts that discuss the tax implications on vested RSUs, and it's important to note whether the shares were received as part of an Employee Share Scheme (ESS), as this will help in how they need to be reported on your income tax return.

I'll include the links just below, as the information within may be useful :)
