I want to link my ATO to my myGov account but I have sufficient information, it said A932.02 - Ineligible to link. What information do I need to provide? Can I verify by myself without calling the ATO?

If you are seeing error code A932.02 and the ATO does not have enough information to verify your identity digitally. You will need to call with your identity documents so that you can be verified and linked over the phone.
