Any idea on what balancing account generally means ? I have read it and kinda understand, but there is mention of other agencies ? Does this mean I might have a debt with centrelink for example ? (I don't that i am aware of), but the definition of this status is quite broad.
It has been sitting in this status for 3 days ? How long does it usually take to update to processed ? Refunded/Payable amount?

Balancing accounts means that we have the result of your return, and we're calculating your refund or bill based on your account balance. Your return may still take a few more days while we review your accounts with us and other Australian Government agencies, like as you said, Centrelink. If you were to have a debt with Centrelink for example, any tax refund will go towards that debt first, before going to you.
Our website has some more info on all the different status changes. It sounds like yours is well on it's way, so you'll just need to sit tight a few more days!
