My Centrelink income statement doesn't show up on the ATO site....only my employment. Does this mean they do not have it yet?

Have you received an income statement from Centrelink in your myGov/ Centrelink inbox at all?
All pre-fill information should be loaded into your tax return by then end of this month, at which stage the online income statement should display as 'Tax ready'.
If the information hasn't pre-loaded, but shows as 'tax ready', then you can manually add the details. But I'd still hold off just a little longer, as they still have a few weeks left on their reporting timeline.
