I will do the Tax Return myself and then I tried to cancel my accountant's details online in ATO-Mytax, but I couldn't.

What "accountants details" are you referring to?
If your accountant lodged the return, you can't. If you are looking to remove them so you can lodge this year on your own, then you just lodge the return on your own and it will remove them.
