I retired 14 months ago. Have done some part time work since and need to lodge a tax return. I cant find where the e-tax forms are.

Welcome to ATO Community!
To lodge your tax return, you can lodge it online through myTax. You need to create a myGov account and link it to ATO Online Services. Alternatively, you can request a paper form. You can find out more about both options on this page.
Unfortunately, the ATO no longer produces the etax software each year, as it was replaced by myTax
If you need a hand with any of the above, you can contact the ATO's 'Individual enquiries' line which is running some weekend hours during TaxTime.
This is my personal view; I'm an ATO employee who chooses to help out here in my own time.
