I've been told that my refund is priority it's asap which means the highest level so I've been told I told the ato I'm in financial hardship called many times with same response it's priority 4 weeks later still nothing and they even assigned a case manager 5 days ago still nothing how long does this take priority

I'd like to try and help to see what might be holding things up, so it'd be great if you could let me know a few important details. What date did you lodge your return?

How did you lodge? I notice in a previous post you mentioned lodging through 'tax returns on the spot'. Was that for this year's return?

Sorry to hear you're in a bit of a rough spot financially.

We do have the option of priority processing which can help if you're experecing finanical hardship. When did you lodge your return? Have you recieved your notice of assessment?

I lodge my tax on the 3rd of july and still on balancing account for 3 weeks. Just making me mad everytime i check and still on balancing account.
