Hiya @Loz1,

Generally, in line with their visa requirements, working holiday makers are not residents for tax purposes. For this reason, when you declare yourself a resident for tax purposes while earning income under a WHM visa, our system will update your answer to reflect this. However, if we have incorrectly amended your return, you should contact us to let us know, so we can escalate our processing team to correct the matter for you.

Are you an Australian resident for tax purposes if you come for a working holiday or visit?
