Here at the ATO we can answer any tax questions you have. The question you are asking about your security licence and how it works can't be answered by us.
We can tell you if you are considered a sub contractor or how to apply for an ABN. We can also advise you that if you work as a contractor through your ABN you will be responsible to pay your own Tax, Superannuation and Insurances.
The Department of Fair trading in you state or territory may be able to help with your questions.
