I have Inherited shares. In the event that I can't discover the Cost Base of a Share Parcel, for the purposes of C.G.T does the A.T.O employ some type of averaging system to determine a Cost Base ?

Hi @peterepete We don't provide an averaging system. It's up to you to show us how you worked it out if we ask. Worst case is you may have a cost base of zero. But you can use historical data or contact the issuer if that's possible.
