Hi @Giop, Whether you need an ABN depends on whether you're considered to be in business or not. To determine this you'll need to go over your situation and see if you meet the characteristics of a business. If you do, you'll most likely need to apply for an ABN. There isn't a single deciding factor that determines if you're in business or not. I'll include a couple of links below that would be worth having a look at. One of them is a page called "Are you in business?". This goes through how to determine whether the nature of your activity resembles that of a business.
