Hi, Am moving back to Australia with my child and my husband will continue to work in Hong Kong. All of us are Australian Citizens. My husband will stay in property under my name in Hong Kong and he will provide us with living expenses in Australia, Just wonder if my husband is consider as tax resident in Australia? Also, apart from living expenses from my husband, I will not have income from work, do I need to file a tax return? Also, any website or link that we can find a tax professional to help us to look at our case?

Hi @9988,

To determine if your husband is a resident for tax purposes he'll need to go through the Australian resident for tax purposes tool on our website.

To work out if you're required to lodge a tax return you'll need to go through the Do I need to lodge a tax return tool.

There's no information or recommendations on our website for any particular tax agents, though what I suggest you do is, google "Tax Agent - Australia" to help you locate an Agent.
