I currently do uber eats on the side of my main job. In my " day job" I earn around 100k and so far I have made round $1500 doing uber eats over the last 6 weeks. I am now thinking about buying an e-bike ( say 6k) to boost the number of days I deliver. Is the cost of the bike deductable at all? I would use it 80-90% for delivery with the other 10% for a social ride with the kids.

Yes - ordinarily it would be a decline in value and there's no ATO guidance on the effective life (it'll come out July 2022.) https://www.ato.gov.au/Business/Depreciation-and-capital-expenses-and-allowances/In-detail/Effective-life/Reviews-in-progress/Capital-allowances--review-of-e-bicycles-and-e-scooters/ However, you should be able to fit under the temporary full expensing rules, in particular para 12. For all entities, full expensing is only temporary. An eligible entity will need to start holding the depreciating asset and start to use the asset, or have it installed ready for use, for a taxable purpose on or before 30 June 2022. See LCR here https://www.ato.gov.au/law/view/document?DocID=COD/LCR2021D1/NAT/ATO/00001&PiT=99991231235958
