This is a separate line on my payslip additional to Super Guarantee Contributions and is not there on all pay cycles. If it is SG charge as I suspect, can anyone explain what is meant by specialist rates. Thanks

NFI. Go have a chat to your payroll person and they'll be able to check it and explain it to you. You should be getting 10% SGC minimum. Your employer shouldn't be "charging" you. If you can't calculate the 10% off your payslip then there is an error and they'll need to get it fixed up. Be nice, payroll people are people to.
