Under STP Phrase 2, Public Holiday Paid Leave is "Gross" or "Other Paid Leave"?

That type of paid leave would go under Other Paid Leave, the best place to check these type of payments is to look at the STP Phase 2 Guide.

@RitaYi and @TeddyATO, you should be VERY clear about what the Public Holiday payment is FOR before you answer the question - you cannot map a payment based on what it is CALLED, it must be assessed on what it ACTUALLY IS.
If the payment on the public holiday is because the employee has taken a paid absence either side of the absence, then it is GROSS, as it is NOT deducted from the leave balance.
Please understand that industrial relations govern payroll. It STARTS with Fair Work - please be mindful of jurisdictions for STP2.
