We have non-reportable contributions (as per the ATO website..."The following employer super contributions are not reportable:.....contributions required by collectively negotiated industrial agreements") for top up super on paid parental leave.

As these are not RESC, how do we set them up in payroll?

Hi @KateR

If the contributions are an additional super guarantee payment above the 10% but are required by the agreement, they just get reported as super guarantee.

Beyond this, you'll need to ask your payroll software provider. How the payments are recorded will vary depending on your product and the way your business is run.
