So I used to lodge paper bas statements every 3 months, now I am all hooked up and can do it online.
This is the first time my bas statement has simply said lodged on a ceerain date and out come is processing .
It has been processing for at least 4 weeks now, if you are not goimg to give me a refund, just say so.
I assume its because of covid but if not then what is the issue ?.

Sometimes a BAS needs to be manually checked to ensure you're getting the biggest refund you're entitled to.
There're some reasons why you might not have your refund. Please make sure you've correct activity statement bank account details listed in your myGov account.
Do you have a debt with us or another government department? If so we can use your refund to offset the debt. We'll notifify you if this happens.
Are all your BASs lodged? We can hold your refund until all your BASs are up to date.
