When we contact you directly our numbers appear with no caller ID. This means there is a chance this could have been a scam caller - unfortunately it is pretty common. We also can't confirm the number is us, as scammers do have the ability to appear as these numbers. We have a couple of pages on verifying and reporting scams and scam alerts that would be worth taking a look at. If you've provided them with any of your personal information, I would recommend having a read through our page on protecting your information.
