Does a tax agent have to sign the ELD before lodgement?

Hi @Markal,

When lodging electronically tax agents don't need to sign the form. Your signature is applied during your lodgement process. How exactly depends on your software - some will have a box that needs to be ticked to authorise the lodgement. I found a previous thread on this same topic that ran through this - may be worth a read too.
