I made a voluntary repayment to pay off my student loan. The bank advised that the funds had reached ATO's account on 04May2022. Now, it is 11May2022, my loan balance still has not reflected the voluntary repayment (I have double checked the payment details and my PRN, which are correct). How much longer will it take?

There may be delay in the payment appearing in your ATO statement, though we do advise that our Payment processing times for electronic payments is 4 business days it may take slightly longer.


Once the payment appears in your account, it should reflect the correct date that the payment was made by you.

Thanks for your reply, but I checked my ato account today, it still didn't show my repayment. Can I email you my payment details so that you may be able to find out what went wrong?
