Hi

We've received a tax invoice from a supplier who has not quoted an ABN or included GST. I thought the legal requirement was all tax invoices needed to quote an ABN regardless of whether they were registered for GST or not. Can you please confirm. Thanks.

Hi @Pip

If it's a tax invoice, then it needs to include their ABN. But if it's a statement by supplier, they'd give that as an alternative and would be exempt from quoting an ABN.
