Error 403 - access denied

If you still have your old device, are you able to try logging in on that instead? That'll help narrow it down to whether it's your new laptop or something bigger. You should try clearing the new laptop's cache and cookies on the browser you're trying, and try logging in on another browser to see if the error keeps happening. If you're using a VPN, try disabling that to access the site, too.
