I have been trying to complete the Foreign Resident Capital Gains Withholding certificate. On multiple computers and browsers the file attachment service is not working since Saturday 18th June.

- Is it the online form for this application you're having trouble with?
- Are you having trouble attaching supporting documents? What error are you getting please?

Update - tried my phone, Firefox,etc - attachment service unavailable.

Yes - the online form is the issue - When I go to attach the contract of sale the message is - The file attachment service is unavailable - try again later. Began trying to submit from 18/6 - still get the same error - tried 10 minutes ago 11.20 Pert time.. Regardless of computer, browser etc.
