Hi there,

In the STP2 reporting centre I noticed my payroll batches have been accepted but with the following error:

ATO error code: CMN.ATO.PAYEVNTEMP.000377

They relate to 3 employees whom we have rehired recently.

Am I correct in that the simple fix is just clicking 'undo' in the 'employee terminations' part or is there more to it?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi @FabianGZ

Did you see this post about the same error?

If you've rehired them, is your pay event perhaps incorrectly still including their previous cessation date and therefore searching for a cessation type?

It's strange that your payroll allows that, as it's one of ATO's many requirements for DSP solutions.

Hi Deanne,

Yes, I saw that article before, but it didn't become very clear to me as to what the solution was. I'm fairly new to this to be honest, so I'm still trying to find my way with it all :-)

When I log in to MYOB online and go to the STP Reporting page, on the tab of Employee Terminations those 3 employees still have their termination date showing. While my payroll events obviously have them on the payroll again. In MYOB itself, on their card, their termination date has been deleted. So, should I just 'undo' the termination on that tab in the STP Reporting page? Is that enough to solve this you reckon?
