I have just updated my phone and now cannot get access to my online services. After resetting the MyGov app, I cannot get back to a strong ID so I cannot do BAS etc until the photo verification is fixed. How long is this going to take to fix or is there another way I can get access to my online services?

Never mind. I persisted and finally the photo verification worked. I now have access again.
