NFP Organisations for the purpose of salary sacrificing are treated no different than any other Business.
It would not be possible to direct your employer to salary sacrifice to a credit card as it would be considered a third party, these do not constitute an effective salary sacrifice arrangement.
If you were to direct your employer to make payments to a third party from salary it would be from your after tax or net amount.
