Hi @dtax,


Foreign source income is reported in section 20, other foreign source income. This section is in the supplementary area of your tax return.


If you're using myTax to lodge, personalise your return by indicating you've received foreign income then other foreign income.


We've fantastic instructions on our web site that guides you through how to complete the other foreign income section.

Thanks... would a term deposit or savings account be classed as a Financial Investment?


I ask as I'm trying work out where under "Other foreign income" the interest on these should go.

Hi @dtax,


If you have interest from an overseas bank account it would be included under other foreign income. You can Add+ the foreign income type as bank interest when completing other foreign income section of the return.
