There is a large church building for meetings but they all have extremely large new house with gathering rooms for lunch after Sunday church, can they claim the building of these house as a tax exception because it has a meeting room or can they buy these houses through the church so there is no tax or stamp duty applied

Hi @DeliGirl

We need a bit more information.

Are you asking if members of the church can buy a house from the church and not pay tax or stamp duty is that right?
