I worked during the 2021-22 financial year but am unable to complete my Tax Return online because there is no link to complete ("No tax returns are due at this time").

This is known issue that we can easily fix.
Check out our page about help and support using myTax. You can follow the info about what to do when there's no prepare button or link to your tax return.
