Need to be quick - no contributions after age 75 + 28 days.
If the super fund wants a declaration, then they will supply the form - otherwise the declaration is now to be on the 2023 tax return.

Hi Bruce. Thx for your reply. Advice from my super fund is that since 1 July 2022 they are no longer responsible for providing / managing Work Test Declaration forms - they should be obtained from ATO. Hence my original question.
