I can't quite remember if I've applied for a Withholding Payer Number (WPN) or not. Is there a way to find this out online? And if I don't have one, where is the form for applying for one? I tried to find it without success. Thank you.

Hi @atticusfinch,

Have you had an employee before? If you've had an employee and paid wages without an ABN, then it's likely you may have had a WPN before. If you're needing to apply for a WPN again you can access the application to register PAYG withholding form on our website.

Thanks for the reply. I began to pay an employee last year after filling in that exact form. So I knew about that form but thought that perhaps WPN application form is different. If not, I assume that I would have received a WPN after that process - in which case, I just can't find it! Is it meant to be easily accessible through the ATO website after logging in?
