Yes, a public officer can lodge company tax returns. They are the primary person for a company and in charge of the tax affairs. You can leave the tax agent box blank if you don't engage in one. Company returns for self-preparers are generally due by 28 February.


Feel free to lodge without a tax agent, you sound like you have everything you need and more then capable of lodging without using external services. Once you've completed the return you can sign the declaration yourself on behalf of the company.
