SMSF (not GST registered) is going to buy a commercial office from members at market price. Any GST liable for the buyer or the seller.

The commercial office own by members. One of the member (not GST registered) is running business from the office.

Hiya @Annt,


It really depends on the sellers. If any of the current sellers are registered for GST and sell commercial property, they are required to charge GST on their portion of the sale. The only exception would be if the property is sold as a going concern.
