CONTEXT:
I am using "Are you a resident?" calculator which has the following question and detail
Are you migrating and settling in Australia?
Immigrants must hold a current permanent residence visa, issued by the Department of Home Affairs, and intend to reside permanently in Australia. New Zealanders do not need a permanent residence visa, however they must intend to reside permanently in Australia.
CIRCUMSTANCES:
-On arrival as a NZ citizen I intended to stay in Australia 2 yrs.
-After now here 2 yrs my intention is to stay a 3rd yr.
-I intend not to return to the country I left but instead move on to another country.
