We have engaged a company client, when we checking it's ABN informatoin, we find that one of its foreign organisation shareholder information was not updated in client's ABN details under ABR system. The company issued share to its foreign organisation shareholder 5 years ago and update its shareholder information in ASIC, just wondering if we are going to update the client's ABN details, does it matter to back date the date of effect of change to 5 years ago when we submit the ABN details update declaration?
