We have Executive office holders (Pres, VP, Sec and Treas) but no Directors.
Are they the same and do we need to register for a Director's ID?

Whoever at the business is registered with ASIC or ORIC will have to register for a Director ID.

The article does not help as it does not delineate between the term Director and the terms of President, VP, Secretary and Treasurer who are officeholders, not directors.
You also stated that whomever at the business is registered with ASIC or ORIC will have to register for a Director ID. I have not found any reference to this statement requiring this process to be undertaken. Please advise.
