I am the CEO of an ACNC registered charity and need to connect to numerous "online" services, however, every time I try to "link", the pop-up states that my "organisation is not ABR verified". Why not? I spent 58 minutes on hold with ABR to no avail - disconnected!

We're sorry you're having trouble linking the charity in RAM. Could it be that you aren't the listed principal authority on the ABR?
If you aren't listed on the ABR then you won't be able to self-link the charity in RAM.
If you're only listed as the CEO on the ACNC then you may need to request to be manually linked in RAM.
