I've gotten my driver license for over one month, and still unable to link it to myGov ID App, it shows error code 45048 (422).

The error which you have provided implies that the information being input into the myGovID app is incorrect or not entirely accurate with what has been forwarded by the State agency to IDMatch for online document verification.


1-Input manually the driver licence information

2-Make sure you put ALL the information EXACTLY the same as it appears on the driver licence.

3-Refer to myGovID website to confirm you've input the information accurately. Verifying your driver's licence | myGovID


If you still receive 45048 (422):

  • has your name been changed recently? It is not uncommon for your driver licence name to have been updated on the physical card but the corresponding digital record has not.
  • has your card number been updated and you're inputting the card number incorrectly. Often people mistake the leading zeroes of the card number as the letter O.

Hi, my name is not been changed recently, and I tried put the details many times, still appears the same error, there are no input errors, I guess it would be systematic problems.
