I am trying to register Director ID for a company that I am a director off. I having trouble verifying to Standard Security Strength. I tried to register my Australian Visa, but it keeps saying that it's incorrect. I have checked VEVO online and I have a valid Permanent Resident Visa.


The deadline for the Director ID is coming up on the November 30th and I have tried countless time to call the help line on [removed by moderator] (Option 2) and every time it says that it is busy.


Can someone help verify my MyGovID identity, so I can register for my Director ID. Any help will be appreciated.

If you can't reach standard identity strength for myGovID then you can apply for DirectorID a different way. Head to the ABRS website for more details about how you can apply.
