I am retired and need my TFN for a Director's ID. How do I get it reactivated?

I have been retired for over 10 years, have no other income other than Aged Pension so have not had to lodge a tax return. I need my TFN to apply for a Director's ID for my company which has been dormant for many years but still exists. When I put my TFN in, it is not recognised. How to I fix this up?
