Hey @harvey.lane,


Unfortunately, we don't provide you with confirmation when we receive your application. The only way for you to track it would have been by using registered post when you submitted it. Our service standard with processing a director ID application is 20 business days from the date we receive it.


When we've processed your application, we'll send you a notification either via post or through your MyGov inbox. If you have a MyGov account and it's linked to the ATO this is when you'll receive the notification in your MyGov inbox.


If you don't have MyGov or it linked to the ATO then this is when you'll receive the notification by post to your postal address.
