Why am I getting a message stating there are no eligible accounts for a payment plan to pay an over tax debt for Activity Statement?

Hi @GinaLyons,

There could be a few reasons why you are receiving this message. The most common one would be that the amount for a payment plan to be completed online; it needs to be $100,000 or less.

What I would check next is to ensure you are logging into the correct platform. Individual/Sole Traders through myGov. Businesses through the online services for business with myGovID.

You can check out our page on to how to set up a payment plan for more information.
